Shipping policy

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are shipped out Every Tuesday and Thursday, after they have been processed. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for processing.

For Pre-orders, these items will be shipped out as soon as they are available. They are normally stocked within 2 weeks of pre-order sale, times may vary.  

NOTE: we are NOT drop shipping. We do not ship out on weekends. 

 

 

Q: How can I change my address after I have placed an order? 

A: You may email customer service at customerservice@tandabeauty.shop 

NOTE: Address corrections require a 5.00 processing fee, please be mindful that we ship out at specific times, so we will need the correction in a timely manner.

Q: What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

A: If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reshipping fee. 

NOTE:  T&A Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: Every purchase is a final sale.

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are acceptable for any damaged product. If you have received any damaged items, you must contact us via email at customerservice@tandabeauty.shop, within 48 hours of receiving the damaged products.

We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.

Q: My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Q: I gave an incorrect address, Can I get a refund?
A: We are sorry to inform, If you provided an incorrect address at checkout, a refund will not be granted, you can give us the correct address and we will update it and ship to the updated address.

Q: How long does delivery for orders take? 

A: It can take up to 4 days to receive your order after it has been shipped, depending on where you are located within the US. HOWEVER, it is not our responsibility if your local USPS is delayed due to COVID. We ship the orders every Tuesday and Thursday after they have been processed (10-14 Business Days) once the order is at the post office it is out of our hands

PLEASE NOTE: T&A Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS, if you do not receive your order and it has been marked as delivered, you must contact your local post office. 

Q: What method is used for shipping?
A: All packages are shipped USPS First Class Shipping ONLY.

Q: The site said I will receive it in 3 days? 

A: Yes, Once it has been shipped the DELIVERY should take 3-4 business days for you to receive.

Please NOTE, post office delays may occur due to COVID.  

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A.: Yes, please see Shipping Policy.

Q: I am an international customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
A: Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by T & A Beauty and Wellness LLC.

In addition, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
