This is a high-shine lipgloss that delivers a beautiful sheen via a transparent coat for an extremely long-lasting shine. It has a slightly tacky texture to give your lips an extreme shine with a stay-put application that is paraben-free and infused with vitamin E for lip puckering perfection. Pair with any liquid lipstick to create a glossy look from any color of your choice.

For natural shine you should apply one coat onto the centre of lips and brush towards the outer corners. For more coverage and sophistication apply two coats using the outer curved side of the applicator, then dab on the formula generously over lips.

Q: Where can order T&A Beauty Products? Can we meet you to pick them up if we are local? 

A: T&A Beauty products are solely on www.tandabeauty.shop. We do not offer pickup or meetup currently. 

Q: What is the response back time to emails and inquires? 

A: Our Customer Service is a top priority we strive to respond within 1 Business day to all emails. During High volume times our response may be delayed, however, you will receive a response in no later than 48 hours. 

Q: What are business days and business hours?

A: Business Days are Monday - Friday 

A: Business Hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm CST. 

**If you send an inquiry over the weekend it will be answered on Monday Morning.

Q: Are T&A Beauty’s Products tested on Animals? 

A: No, all our products are cruelty free. We love Animals! 

Q: Is this liner magnetic liner? 

A: NO, this is NOT magnetic liner, our liner works with ANY Lash that is not magnetic

Q: How do I remove the liner? 

A: We recommend using your favorite oil based makeup remover

Q: Does the liner bleed when there is sweat or oily skin? 

A: No, it is waterproof, once the liner is on it is in place until you remove it. 

Q: Is the tip of the liner felt tip or brush tip? 

A: It is a felt tip liner

Q: Can the lashes be reused? 

A: Yes, you can get multiple uses out of the lashes, and since the liner leaves no mess, they are easy to keep clean. 

Q: Will the liner work with Magnetic Lashes? 

A: No, the magnetic lashes have tiny magnetic pieces on them, so magnetic lashes will only work with the magnetic liner. 


About Shipping

Q: When will my order be shipped? 

A: Orders are shipped out Every Tuesday and Thursday, after they have been processed. Please allow 10-14 BUSINESS days for processing.

For Pre-orders, these items will be shipped out as soon as they are available. They are normally stocked within 2 weeks of pre-order sale, times may vary.  

NOTE: we are NOT drop shipping. We do not ship out on weekends. 

 

Q: How can I change my address after I have placed an order? 

A: You may email customer service at customerservice@tandabeauty.shop 

NOTE: Address corrections require a 5.00 processing fee, please be mindful that we ship out at specific times, so we will need the correction in a timely manner.

Q: What happens if my order is returned to sender? 

A: If your order is returned to sender, you will be prompted to purchase a reshipping fee. 

NOTE:  T&A Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS. If you choose not to purchase a reship fee, you will be issued a store credit in the full amount of your order minus the shipping cost. NO REFUNDS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Q: How are items shipped out? 

A: Through USPS, we strive to keep shipping cost down for our customers so we only ship out First Class Shipping. Delivery time is AFTER it has been shipped. 

Q: How long does delivery for orders take? 

A: It can take up to 4 days to receive your order after it has been shipped, depending on where you are located within the US. HOWEVER, it is not our responsibility if your local USPS is delayed due to COVID. We ship the orders every Tuesday and Thursday after they have been processed (10-14 Business Days) once the order is at the post office it is out of our hands

PLEASE NOTE: T&A Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS, if you do not receive your order and it has been marked as delivered, you must contact your local post office.

Q: Can I order items that are out of stock?

A: Yes, We restock every 2 weeks, so if you place an order for something out of stock it will be shipped as soon as the stock is in, we try to make that wait no longer than a week, as we don’t want you waiting too long for your purchase. 

Q: How often do you restock Items? 

A: We restock every two weeks. 

Q: Can I cancel my order once I have made a purchase? 

A: All Sales are final

Q: Can I get a refund if I do not like it? 

A: We do not offer refunds currently
